Saturday, September 12, at 10:30 a.m.
Meditation Group at Munsinger Gardens

We will gather at the picnic tables near the restrooms and parking lot. We will share Joys and Concerns, a few readings and poems, followed by a 25 minute walking meditation in the gardens. We will close our meeting with personal reflections.

Community Pride & Peace Walk - Lake George

Local faith leaders to rally for LGBTQ+ peace. The Community Pride and Peace Walk is a collaboration between local faith groups and St. Cloud Pride during Pride Week to show unity and support for the LGBTQ+ community. This event is open to all community members and welcomes people of any faith as well as those who are not religious. Remember to wear rainbow colors and/or shirts representing your faith community, and bring signs if you would like! We will meet in the Lake George parking lot.

Pro-Democracy Sing-Along

Lend your voice to some old favorites from Pete Seeger, Woody Guthrie, and Pat Humphries and to new ones by Steve Goldstein, Fred Small, and Peter Mayer…and more! Light refreshments follow the Sing-Along. Admission is free. Join us!

SCUUF Book Discussion Group

We will meet in the Sanctuary to discuss How to Lose Your Mother, by Molly Jong Fast. On October 24th, at 10:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary we will discuss Joyful, Anyway, by Kate Bowler. A zoom link will be available and nominations for other books are always welcome. We plan to keep reading so will choose others after these two.
