Committees & Governance

The St. Cloud Unitarian Universalist Fellowship is a democratically run organization with the Board of Directors and committee chairs elected each year at the annual meeting in May.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of a President, President-elect, Secretary, Treasurer, and three members at large. The Board has general charge of the property of the Fellowship and the conduct of its administration. Board members also serve as liaisons to the committees.


Committees
Children’s Religious Education Committee plans and carries out the religious education program for the Fellowship's children and youth.

Adult Religious Education Committee plans and carries out the adult religious education program.

Budget and Finance Committee develops the annual Fellowship budget, organizes the annual pledge drive, and works with other committees and the Treasurer to administer the Fellowship finances. Donate here.

Buildings and Grounds Committee deals with matters of repair, maintenance and improvements to the buildings and grounds.

Caring Committee assists as needed, helping members and friends of the Fellowship in a variety of ways.

Long Range Planning Committee helps the Fellowship develop a long range plan, monitor the plan and revise it as needed.

Membership Committee plans ways to welcome visitors, nurture and orient new and old members and publicize Fellowship purposes and activities.

Communications Committee oversees the monthly newsletter, oversees the website, administers a Facebook Page, and publicizes Fellowship purposes and activities.

Program Committee plans the Fellowship's Sunday Services.

Social Justice Committee provides ways for members of the Fellowship to engage in education and action for social and environmental justice in our larger communities.
